I met Teauna at Sundance Coffee in Selah in 2024 as my friend and I were talking about the home was getting too big for me to take care of with my husband who has dementia. I broke my leg in January 2025 and got to come home from rehab at the end of March. I called Teauna and she came to my home told me what I needed to do. I was met with resistance from some of my family because I was still healing. In April I signed a contract with her. We were to have the house ready by June 6th. Remember I said I had to do the work because my husband. Well I called Teauna back and she held my hand and gave me 2 more weeks to have the house ready for showing. June 19th came and we were ready. I followed all of Teauna’s guidance as this was my first home I have ever sold. I began looking for a smaller place in July I walked into a duplex to rent and signed a lease on August 4th and the house was shown on August 6th and they wanted the house with a contingency. Guess God had His hand on Teauna and me and today August 22nd. The contingency was met. I want everyone to know how hard Teauna worked with me with patience and she is the most supportive realtor that doesn’t beat around the bush. She is factual and real. If you need a realtor.
